Martin Benny, age 55, joined the Libra Group in 2004 and is responsible for the legal and regulatory aspects of numerous contracts and projects across the group.

Martin is a barrister (Gray's Inn, called 1979) who has worked as in-house lawyer since call. Martin's experience includes, shipping, international mergers and acquisition, corporate finance and aviation leasing. He has experience of working in many jurisdictions around the world particularly in connection with real estate and international corporate structures.

During his career he has gained particular expertise in the legal aspects of global transportation and has played a key role in the establishment of Libra's South American businesses.
