Jennifer Kelly qualified as a chartered accountant in 1989 and is a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. She previously worked for KPMG Peat Marwick in the United States before transferring with the company to Bermuda in 1991. In 1994 she joined the Consolidated Group of Companies. Jennifer presently sits on the boards of a number of companies and hedge funds both within the Consolidated Group structure and outside as an independent director.
