First Oriental Singapore was formed in 2004 specifically to invest in the Singaporean high-end residential market. Having invested in a portfolio of luxury residential properties, the company disposed of the bulk of these assets following the Singapore property boom. The company has since made further select investments in that market.

The company works in partnership with some of Singapore's most prominent developers, including Keppel Land International Limited, Capital and Residential Singapore Pte. Limited, Hong Leong Holdings Limited, and Wing Tai Holdings Limited. The company will continue to invest in high-quality projects in prime locations.
