The Libra Group is a privately owned modern conglomerate undertaking strategic investment around the globe. The group was created in 2003 as a holding company for the diversified business interests of the Logothetis family that for over 30 years had been focused on international shipping. The rapid expansion of the group was made possible by the sale of a fleet of 67 vessels during 2004-2006.

With companies operating across four continents, our business is global, dynamic and growing: current subsidiaries span shipping, aviation, real estate, construction, hospitality, energy and private equity.

Libra's strong asset base and flexible management structure provides us with the independence and agility needed to achieve commercial advantage in our chosen markets. Our broadly counter-cyclical approach to investment first proven across many shipping cycles is now being applied to the other sectors in which we are active.
